Why was the nile river important to ancient Egyptian civilization?
The Nile River was important to the Egyptians because they realyed on it for food (fish) and water. Also it flooded once a year making all of the land around it nice and fertile and good for growing. They could also use it for transportation (boats). It was so use full to them they even considered as a kind of god.
